Not deep sleep tried many medicine like alprazolam clonazepam melatonin etcproblem since 15 yes I also ure meditation and yoga

Avoid or limit naps. ... Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine. ... Don't put up with pain. ... Avoid large meals and beverages before bed. but what is important is adressing any underlying stress thats very important consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online get better soon all the best

Just Taking sleep medication is not the solution for insomnia Insomnia could be symptom of depression, anxiety, substance withdrawal or excessive intake of nicotine or coffee , sleep apnea etc First Please consult a psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment of other causes and insomnia will improves but it self Second please practice sleep Hygiene methods to improve your sleep Third , medication you are taking are benzodiazepines which should not be taken for long as they could cause rebound insomnia ( insomnia on stopping the drug)
