Not getting sleep
I cant sleep when i want even after meditation . in addition my sleep is not deep . i always dreaming in sleep

Dreaming is a normal part of healthy sleep cycle. Maybe you should try to meditate in the morning. Some meditations activate the brain & can cause sleeplessness. You may also want to see a counsellor or a sleep therapist.
