Hi,
Insomnia and nightmares both occur due to special reasons. As your symptoms started recently, you don't need medicine at this level. You need to consult with a psychologist/therapist to evaluate your situation with more details and if after some months therapy, feel no changes on your symptoms then you need to use medicine.
Please consult with a psychologist/therapist to help you get rid of insomnia...
It's curable 100% , don't worry.
Please take care.
