I am 20 years old whenever I go for sleep at night my mind starts thinking something after sometime my mind becomming alert because of these I am unable to sleep for whole night I was always thinking of not able to sleep is there any treatment for these problem

Your being preoccupied with thought of sleep only. Try to distract yourself by doing some work which you like and associate bed with sleep try conditioning therapy and sleep hygiene. If no improvement take video consultation

Consult a psychiatrist and get youe sleep issue evaluated. Sometimes some neuroproteins like melatonin serotonin changes can produce the same. Good luck
