I am 20 years old I am suffering from insomnia I had not slept for past 3 days please suggest me any relaxation technique which gives relaxation as Same as sleep

There can be variety of reasons for not getting sleep. And without knowing those reasons only general advises can be told. General advises may or may not work depending on your situation. Further information like what time you usually go to bed, how long is it getting you to fall asleep after going to bed, if you wlare not able to sleep then what do you do, how is it affecting your daily routine, what is your diet in the evening and night, what kind of work do you do, has there been any recent stressor that has caused this, has this happened before or this is the first time, and many more. All these factors play role in your sleep. I would recommend you to consult a psychiatrist and get your issue evaluated. Depending on severity you may need medication or if mild issues then only some behavioural and lifestyle changes will be enough for you.

try not to see any screen atleast 2 hours before your sleeping time. the rays from screen fools our brain in thinking that it is still day and it affects our melatonin release which leads to sleep issues.
