I think it's an ingrown hair by the color of the spot and the small hole in the middle but I am unable to get it out. I've tried multiple times but it didn't hurt. A few months later, I woke up and it hurts and turned a little red.

Have you shown to any dermatologist. If you don't mind can you send pictures to me. In females ingrown hair at upper abdomen are so much uncommon. Apply antibiotic cream twice daily for few days since its hurting but you have to show to someone.
