When you can't describe your disease properly (in spite of seeing it every day) , how do you expect Doctors to guess the diagnosis when the Tele-consultation Doctor is totally dependent on your description !

Physical examination is definitely recommended, but a detailed history and a video consult can also suffice.
Is there any associated fever?
If so please take Tab. Paracetamol 500mg, whenever temperature rises.
Try to get a good sleep too.
