I am 23 yr old and my Hb is 11.9gm is it normal or considered as anemic. What diet to follow please suggest

It is within normal range , however you can improve the iron content by taking food rich is iron like Dates, green vegetables , meat .

For a female,the hemoglobin leve of 11.9gm is almost normal.Foods rich in iron include Red meat,  and poultry Seafood Beans Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas Peas. You can also use multivitamin with mineral supplement for a few months.
