I was given an IV cannula on Wednesday for my CECT Chest and Abdomen. It was extremely painful and I had minute swelling in my vein. Gradually the swelling started to increase.
By Saturday it started hurting a lot. By 5 PM, I was having intense pain. It started to get a little better by 6 PM. After my IV, I am having a high heart beat of 85 - 110. Everyday, my pain worsens around 5 PM. It feels extremely hard and the pain goes up to my arm. This pain is accompanied with low grade fever. ( I had a fever before my CECT also)
Is it worrisome?
