Infertility issues
Hii, I was diagnosed with a low ovarian reserve 3 months ago. My age is 27 . I have irregular periods. No symptoms of menopause. 3 months ago I took hmg injections for egg quality . But I am unable to get pregnant. Doctors suggested egg donor is the last option . Please tell me any tablets to improve my egg quality and quantity. Am planning to go for IVF but chances are low. My amh is 0.08. fsh is 35. I want a child with my own egg. Can you please suggest any tablets and diet before I am planning for IVF.

There is no tablet that can improve egg quality and quantity. You amh is very low and FSH levels are also high indicating premature ovarian failure. You should go for IVF without wasting any time
