  4. Low ovarian reserve. Whom we consult?

Low ovarian reserve
Good evening, my wife age 32 my married life 4yrs still we don't have children. Recently, we consult the fertility doctor. She did scan and told my wife have low ovarian reserve and it's major problem, i attached scan report also, is this very severe        problem? Can you please advice whom we consult?
