I am not getting conceived & it's been about 2 years since my marriage.please suggest what could be the possible reasons

Hi. There are 4 reasons. 1st is semen analysis we do. 2nd, endometrium to see , is there any infection which gives rise to it. 3rd, egg formation. The hormones to check.4th, wheather the tubes r open or not.

Having tried for a baby for 2 years without success is definitely a matter of concern. Check if any alteration in lifestyle like quitting smoking/ drinking or change in diet/exercise plan helps you.
Next Steps
Since Infertility is a couple's issue, it would be a good idea for both of you to undergo evaluation. A pelvic ultrasound and hormonal check for you and semen analysis for your spouse should suffice to begin with.
