This is not a simple problem which can be solved by just one symptom.
You should get your Blood CBC, Liver function tests, kidney function tests, Blood sugar, serum Sodium, Urine for Ketone bodies.
There are so many reasons for vomiting , starting from food poisoning to kidney failure to uncontrolled Diabetes, to brain tumors.
So it is much better to examine a patient rather than doing so many tests.

Hi.,
It can be due to food poisoning.
Will be fine with proper medicine
Next Steps
can take tab pan 40 two Times a day before food for 5 days
tab emeset 4 mg 3 times a day before food for 5 days
ors one litre per day in divided doses
tab unienzyme 3 times a day before food

avoid oily spicy processed and outside food items
