Headache fever and indigestion
I woke up around 2 am due to indigestion, couldn't sleep properly, i took over the counter medicines to cure indigestion, it worked but now i have fever 101 and headache with joint pain.

I can understand your concern.
So you are not planning on taking any over the counter medicines for this also?
I mean , when you can, why not?
Tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food is the only thing i can suggest for now.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
