Indecisive and chaotic thoughts
Trouble concentrating. Inc i have huge mood swings for very small reasons n then i get overly emotional when people around me get hurt (emotionally) due to my behavior. I can rationalize basically any action of mine and then have trouble coming to any decision. Basically i just want to know if talking to someone might help as im overly an introvert

Hi, See if you are an introvert person.. No issue with that until and unless its distressing you or disrupting your functioning.. So yes isolation will not help if that is the case...regarding your mood swings and indecisiveness anxiety could be the underlying cause... Yes you appear to be an emotional person but emotional instability is indicating other traits of your personality also.. So consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management of the case.. Ok
