When I was in India 1 year back I always had mushy stools no matter what.
Then i went to the UK, i ate homemade food only, but the stool was well formed hard and not mushy.
Now I have come back to India, I eat homemade food only.
I do not pass the stool normally, have to strain, that too comes as mushy
Still it's mushy everyday and bowel doesn't clear properly just like before?
Why is it happening? Is it something cuz of the water or something? I cannot understand. Help me please.
In UK
I used to eat 2-3 bread + peanut butter in the morning
Rice dal + some veggies
Evening oats
