Incomplete abortion
In ultrasound found 11 mm endometrium,thickend and heterogeneous , do i hav to go with d and c?? Or it can be manageable with medicine or i should wait it to expel out naturally. I dont have any bleeding ir cramping now, i was 5 weeks pregnant nd took medicine abortion before 10 days
