Heterogeneous lesion
Today was my frist day of follicular study in the report it was given heterogeneous lesion 10*8mm cervical canal at the level of external os ployp. Rt ovaries is normal with growing follicle Lt ovaries normal in size with multiple tiny follicle It's my 11 th day of cycle rt follicle size is 16*16 left is immature endometrium is 6mm. Can I know what was that lesion and the treatment for that ?

  This Polyp need to be treated,bacause it is at the opening of your womb if not treated it can cause blockage for sperms to travel up

Poly is growth.if it causes bleeding,pain, infection or any other symptoms it need to be removed

Hi. Polyp is a fleshy growth mostly harmless in young age gp seen . If it gives any problem like bleeding or obstruction then it has to be removed surgically . You can ask yr dr to examine per speculum to get a better idea .
