I am trying for pregnancy and doctor advised me to do ovulation study on day 17th egg size was 20.6 mm hence doctor gave me gonadotropin10000 injection and after that I did follow up for sonography and today on day 22nd the egg size shows 28*24mm cyst and ET 10mm.
Do I need to worry for cyst and what will be the next line of treatment
