I'm 13 week pregnant and initially in scan it came retroplacental hematoma and after 6 days there was no retroplacental hematoma but heterogeneous area 4cm in scan now red spotting is continus from 8days what should I do will my baby survive

Heterogeneous area could be a resolving clot
But red spotting is not a good sign
Get a consultation and medication to stop that and support baby growth
You baby looks fine from the last USG report
