Please advice. If the mother is having AB+ blood type and father has O- blood type, is there any complications during pregnancy?

not to be worried since you are Rh postivite nd the father is rh negative there is no complications during pregnancy. precautions to be taken only in rh neg mother with a rh positive baby.

There is no complication. The problem may start if the mother is of blood group Rh Negative and father is of blood group Rh Positive and the foetus is also blood group Rh Positive. But if mother is of blood group Rh Positive no complication can occur, whatever the father's blood group may be.

Prblem can happen only when mother is RH negative and father is RH positive. In your case it's vise versa, so no issues
