In depression
I am depressed about everything in my life. Sometime I cry when I am alone just to feel light but do not know the reason and it does not help either. Very much pessimist towards everything and not able to concentrate on anything. Really need help!

depression is mental indigestion, what type of food your feeding to your mind , waht is your mental diet ,good input good pout put, how do u start the , how do you close the day

Yeah,  it could be your childhood  belief for which you do not have any clue. These are  observed and learned unknowingly.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
