I understand your concern. The symptom you have mentioned could be a part of ocd as well. More clarity is needed regarding your problem. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment. It can be a part of obsessive  thought... So needs a detail  evulation  and then starting on Ssri  will be helpful
