I am facing constantly burping & bloating may be because of work schedule so i really need to fix it immediately

Unhealthy eating habits can result into such conditions. Avoid over eating . Have 3hrs of break between each meal avoid snacking every hour or so. Deep fried,stale food, processed food and potatoes shoulb be avoided .. U can add hing in your food to reduce burping... Detoxify yourself with panchkarma once and for further information consult me.

You need to take out time for yourself also. Avoid spicy foods and late night dinners. Include fresh fruits and fiber in your diet. It won't go immediately but if you start proper treatment along with some lifestyle modifications, you will be fine soon.

Hi sir No need to worry just take this medicine easily available in market you will be ok with in one week :- Albendazole one tablet once in a month :- metronidazole tablet 400 mg BD. 1 tablet ( after breakfast  and dinner) :- 2 tablet of gasex tds ( after breakfast lunch and dinner ( Himalaya company)  for one week continue. Then you can take if you feel boating Avoid:- garm tasir food  and fruit, food like chane ki dal,bringle and fruit like papaya litchi You can eat :- loki ki sabji ,tori,kiwi,pomegranate Add curd in your diet ( in lunch) :-drink boiled water
