What is implantation symptom?
Do they really occur?
I had my 2 blastocyst FET done on 10th sep 2018
I had strong cramping on 19 / 20sep ;i hardly
remember exact date .
Can i guess it as implantation cramping?
My b hcg was negative on 22 sep 2018
Today i had my second b hcg done but results will appear in d evening .
I m quier nervous

You should wait for result.You can't guess for implantation bleeding.But in some patients it is happening with bleeding and pain abdomen.Follow the instructions of doctor and wait for result.
