Hello,    After doing implants for 23 years, I can boldly say that it is not the brand that decides the success of the dental Implant, but the skill and the experience of the implantologist in proper diagnoses, treatment planning and above all how the the work is done.   Nobel is a  costlier brand ,other ones are just as good (some better), it is your personal choice.    Hope this helps, please feel free to get back for any further opinion. Regards.

Implants are technique sensitive ... means most implants that qualify to be in market will work decent - some are costlier and use some patented technologies etc; The crowns zirconia are very hard and costly - so hard Even opposite teeth may be abraded over time. Decision on choice is based on different factors including your budget, your teeth condition and feasibility.
