Upper front tooth was lost.
And adjacent two teeth were damaged.
Hence implant with bridge was recommended first. But I felt little uncomfort with temporary bridge.
A.) is bridge for all three teeth together is better and safe? or
B.) One tooth with crown & Front two teeth a bridge(includes implanted tooth) is better and safe?

First Step is to take a xray , preferably a 3D xray CBCT to asses the health of teeth arround the lost teeth as they were damaged .
If they have suffered root level fracture , then they also have to be removed .
After this Go for treatment of adjecent teeth ( if they can have good prognosis (longterm success)
Next go for Implant for missing tooth
Next Steps
Patient should take a 3D xray of area and visit a Implantologist

As u said adjacent teeth r damaged so bridge ll b a better option as it preserve those damaged teeth as well as fill the gap of missing tooth. This ll b a cheaper option also.
Implants on the other hand are expensive n it ll cover only ur missing tooth space n u hav to go with artificial crown for the damaged teeth then also.
Hello sir,
Hope you are doing good. Implant with bridge is safer as your dentist said and dont worry much they will provide you better stability. temporary crowns are always on the spot crowns and they will not be contoured much. But the permanent ones will be perfect in fit, shade and size.
Hi... individual crown is always preferable wherever possible as it makes easy to keep interdental space clean( has to b flossed compulsory) and secondary if need arises in future you can remove individual crown and treat the situation instead of removing whole bridge( which may damage other teeth)....thus said all depends on the tooth condition and many other factors...if you needed further guidance plz consult me.
