There are indications for both implant system.But one should go for Conventional system if bone allows .Because they are considered better in terms of Prosthesis component and retrieveability of prosthesis. For Quality of implant and make i.e. company ,Visit an Periodontist and Prosthodontist  Clinic near you They are masters of it.
