Both implants functions are the same to restore your missing tooth ,helps in chewing and give good aesthetic ( Dnt allow bone to dissolve)
In short gives you feel of nature tooth.
Coming to traditional and keyhole
Traditional implants:-
PROS :-
*Good stability
CONS:-Time consuming and quite painful
*Need lot of patients co-operation
Key hole:-
Pro's:-Immediately placed after extraction (time saving)
Comfortable to patient
Makes u feel more confident as the missing tooth is replaced immediately after extraction
Cons:-stabilty takes lil time
