Basal dental implants
Can I get basal implants for upper central front two teeth? Or should I go for conventional implants? Also what are the chances of peri-implantitis in both cases? (I don't have any disease in oral region yet)

Best to go for conventional implants. But remember the procedure needs to be done correctly as the implant crown and gum margin needs to correctly merge to make it look natural. So always get it done by a qualified Implantologist. Chances of periimplantitis is least if proper hygiene is maintained and if the implant integrates well.

If you are in hurry then you can go for basal implants . If you can wait for 3-4 months then go for conventional implant.

I don’t suggest basal Implants as there is no long term study pertaining to the system. When you go for implants choose the system which is in the science for long time and with long term success rate.
