Dental implant closely resembles a natural tooth. It is designed to be a permamnent solution. Remember, since its your front teeth this would be a choice that will affect the way you smile everyday. So take a informed decision.

Implant is always better than bridge because in implants you do not have to cut your two adjacent teeth for support .but there are certain indications as to when implants are the treatment of choice..if you are a young patient with good bone health no diabetes and a nonsmoker and maintain your oral hygiene well..then you should go ahead with implant..you can visit your implantologist or your dentist who will do a thorough check up and guide you to make a right choice..

See both are better options, implants do have better stability and it doesn't affect the anatomy of adjacent teeth but it do have a cost and time factor, while bridges are economical and delivered in a week or less than that have only problem that have to grind the side (adjacent) teeth, so you can visit and discuss with your dentist what is best in your case and go accordingly

For primary dentition only removable is applicable or temporary bridge or cantilever bridge , fix is not a option in primary teeth. As the age advances then think about all fixed options

It depends on individual case if adjacent teeth are normal healthy and bone level is good implant is better as compared to bridge as it doesn't need tooth cutting of adjacent teeth
