More then anything, most importantly you need to look at your age. If implants have been suggested to you, then that would be a wise option to look at. Alternatively there are fixed partial dentures and removable dentures to look at.
Next Steps
You need to look at long term options and presently dental implants are the best option out.
Health Tips
Implant cost range would better be acknowledged after proper treatment planning consultation. Unless you provide proper records such as a CBCT scan and detailed medical history of your facial surgery you mention it would be difficult to comment.

Hi I'm an oral surgeon.. I regularly place dental implants.. Depending on the quality of implant, the amount can vary.. It can be from 25,000 to 45,000 per implant.. Also the cost can increase if your crown/cap requirement is metal free. Apart from that, be assured, dental implants function as well as natural teeth.
Next Steps
Get an OPG and if required CBCT might be needed

Hello Mam, Going by your history,it would definitely be advised to have a thorough clinical and radiographic examination first before the treatment planning is done. Once the relevant information is obtained like the condition and probable life span of the questionable teeth, the bone condition for the placement of the implants, your general health and fitness to receive the implants etc. Based on these findings the type of implants that would best suit your condition would be customised.Implants can range from 35k to 70k as there are many factors to be taken into consideration. There are always other prosthodontic options if Implants are not feasable. The end result always depends on how meticulous your planning has been. Regards,Dr Sumanmakam,Dental arts clinic and Implant centre,Jayanagar,Bangalore.
