Yes you need to get your wisdom tooth removed. Also you need to review adjacent tooth also as the wisdom tooth is hitting the adjacent tooth

Definitely it needs to be extracted otherwise it will create caries in front tooth...and swelling means infection is there in wisdom tooth..
