Impact injury in a accident
I've meet with an accident yesterday. I fell towards left side on my lower arm and elbow. Since then I'm having pain in the muscles of the upper arm and around the left shoulder and scapula. There is light swelling in the muscle of the upper arm near shoulder. I'm not able to lift the arm. The muscle is very sore. What do you suggest in this case.
