Head pain for accident

Hi doctor my age is17 it's my birthday.. today I have a accident and my head side smash against a wall... after no blood was show in my head but my head one side become big and it's hurts...can for my accident my gland,s was damaged..or my putuitary gland was damaged. can it's possible .. how I Know ..how I consult
