Illusion in mind dont stop anyway
Before 4-5 years my mind is disturb from illusion and helowsination (bharm) in my mind . My mind not thougth and understand properly as normaly . I am patient hypothiroid gland Also i knew my thoughts is not real but its painful and come agian &agian and dont go easily help me.
