You need a minimum 2 months gap before planning again. In the meantime you should be having a number of investigations and medicines to help you recover and be prepared for the next pregnancy. Most of the times the next pregnancy will be normal but you will be needing more medical support during the the same. For further advice, consult me on online on Docon.

Let a first normal period come...around after 45 days Then do routine blood tests if not already done in pregnancy. Start a good folic acid You can try a month later of folic acid Most of the miscarriage are due to genetic causes in that pregnancy..and a woman has normal subsequent pregnancy after one loss in 90%of cases Connect for more information Go to my website www.familygynaec.com For articles on pregnancy advice Blog section

Hi. Most of the  early preg losses are due to genetic anomalies . Not necessary to have again . You can plan next preg after 2 normal periods . Till that time better to use Condoms . Start tab folvite 5 mg from next month .

Sorry for your loss. You should give minimum 3 months gap as you have taken mifeoristone and misoprostol which can cause genetic abnormalities. You need to rest now , relax , think positively. Start folic acid after 2 months. Certain blood tests and a proper precomception counselling should be done before planning the next pregnancy.
Next Steps
consult a gynaecologist for preconception counselling. take healthy diet.
