You need a minimum 2 months gap before planning again. In the meantime you should be having a number of investigations and medicines to help you recover and be prepared for the next pregnancy.

Then do routine blood tests if not already done in pregnancy.
Start a good folic acid
You can try a month later of folic acid
Most of the miscarriage are due to genetic causes in that pregnancy..and a woman has normal subsequent pregnancy after one loss in 90%of cases

Hi. Most of the early preg losses are due to genetic anomalies . Not necessary to have again . You can plan next preg after 2 normal periods . Till that time better to use Condoms . Start tab folvite 5 mg from next month .
Sorry for your loss. You should give minimum 3 months gap as you have taken mifeoristone and misoprostol which can cause genetic abnormalities. You need to rest now , relax , think positively. Start folic acid after 2 months. Certain blood tests and a proper precomception counselling should be done before planning the next pregnancy.
