Ibs issue f
Hello I recently diagnosed with Ibs and i have this issue from last 6 to 7 months but yesterday when I got huge pain cramps in my stomach then I came to know regarding this issue. I am very confused that what to eat in this and what to not. I have dirriaha based ibs . Please help me a dite normal dite fruits atleast that which fruit I can eat for dirriaha based ibs

The first and foremost treatment of IBS is to reduce stress and tension. Take Colospa : 1 tab once daily after breakfast for 10 days. Take VSL 3 cap : 1 cap once daily after meal for 10 days Take Sibofix: 1 tab twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days Take Econorm cap : 1 cap at bed time for 10 days Do Affirmative Meditation Avoid oily spicy smoked and deep fried food Avoid tea coffee dark chocolate pastries red meat etc Avoid maida products Avoid chillies papad pickles etc Take plenty of fluids Do regular exercise atleast for 30 minutes I am repeating again reduce stress and tension. Consult Gastroenterologist in case of emergency and he may prescribe you Colonoscopy and Sigmoidoscopy depending on symptoms.

IBS issue can be treatment by changing the life style like- Take sufficient amount of water- 4-5 litre water per day . Take less spicy and fatty food Take seasonal fruit and vegetable.
Next Steps
If possible take steam diet means don't use oil for making of food . You should go test as Endoscopy for finding any abnormality in the inner mucosa of gastro intestinal tract.
