IBS & GERD issue
Hi Doctor, i have IBS & GERD symptoms so i checked on internet what test/checkup should i go for it's confirmation. It is giving below test lists - Tests doctors commonly advise for such symptoms: * Stool test * H. pylori test * Ultrasound abdomen * LFT/KFT * CBC * Sometimes endoscopy if symptoms persist I have my lft/kft test report attached here, also in my cbc report only platelet count was less around 117, all other parameters are normal. Should i go for all other test listed also ?

No need to worry your KFT is excellent LFT shows only mild elevations. Low platelets is also mild and often not serious. Most of the tests you listed are not urgently needed right now. Book a quick consultation with me now I’ll review all reports properly and give you a clear, targeted plan for your IBS & GERD. 😊
