IBS D PATIENT
I'm a 51 year old IBS- D patient. Just would like to know if I can take calcium tablets & which one. Would it affect my stomach?

Hi Calcium tablets can cause stomach discomfort in some patients, not all You can take Tab CCM once daily along with Vit D sachets weekly for 8 weeks. Vit D deficiency and bone pains are common in perimenopausal period
