Ibs constipation
Have IBS from last 5.5 years , have tried every diet nothing works for me , except water 😅 , not able to fresh properly , then bloating makes stomach ache and headache , feels like everything i eat my head starts spinning , tried Ayurveda , alopethic, worked out , but noooo ,this IBS is killing my brain , my memory is getting weaker day by day , blood circulation is low in my body bcoz of blaoting and lefted 💩, have vertigo problem also , so any diet that.
