IBS C not curing
My father having little constipation since last year no other issues laxative doest help much my gastroenterologist says it's IBS what should I do

Above mentioned history is insufficient to arrive at a definitive answer .Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action . Meanwhile ask him to have plenty of oral fluids , high fibre diet , daily brisk walking for 30 minutes , to avoid oily/spicy food and maida .  Please consult on Practo for the same as per your convenience.

Stop worrying and tell your dad also to stop worrying about it. 1. High fiber diet. 2. Avoid spicy and oily food. 3. Avoid maida 4. Drink plenty of water 3 litres per day 5. Go for morning and evening walks everyday 6. Add fruits to your diet 7. Take softovac sf two spoons with warm water at night. 8. Avoid stress
