hello , when pain in teeth occurs there are multiple reasons 1 cavity or tooth decay 2 gum problems 3 sensitivity in teeth because of enamel loss painkillers for tooth pain is not a long term solution it will provide only pain relief for short duration. it is important to rule out etiology of pain or problem which is causing pain. please consult the dentist for it so that they can make proper diagnosis. loose teeth also better to get examined by dentist to see the severity of it so that proper treatment plan can be decided.
Next Steps
take care and visit dentist asap.
