long term use of painkillers is not advised. please consult a dentist as treatment of pain and loose teeth is important. do not worry about your age.. there are many options availble for treatment
hello , when pain in teeth occurs there are multiple reasons
1 cavity or tooth decay
2 gum problems
3 sensitivity in teeth because of enamel loss
