I'm having pot belly and not able to control it. I have started to do cycling. Pls advice me the diet to follow and additional exercises if any that needs to be done.

Pl.go for low calorie diet & rigorous exercises early morning as well as evening. NO fast ,junk,more fiber rich foods, do some poses based on belly,hips,be more dynamic,
