I want to lose my weight

My age is 18 and I am regulary going to college so when I walk my thighs rubs and I can't walk much and my weight is 85kg and I want lose weight and rwduce my thighs.so please help me out.

Hello Thanks for the query,

You are in early stage of life and your weight can cause negative effect on ur personalty and career. so pls start reducing weight by following these tips:
1 cycling is good for reducing fat from lower parts of body,so go to school by cycle.
2 Take plenty of warm water.
3 Consume more fruits and vegetables with skin.
4 Sleep at least 7 to 8 hrs.
5 Dont sleep after meal.
6 Take small frequent meal with snacks.
7 Think  positive.

Stay healthy be happy.
