I want to know is thyroid is high or low

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi actually yesterday i gone for thyroid test today i got reports T3 result is 1.01 ,T4 result is 8.30 and TSH result is 5.13 the range is 0.35 -5.5 .so i want to know i have thyroid problem or not please kindly tell me.
