Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits sprouts daily to gain a healthy weight. Eat 2-3 tsf ghee everyday.drink 200 ml milk everyday. Less oil,less spice is best for health. Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everday Kushmaanda rasayana 2 tsf twice a day followed by milk is good. Drydates, raisins,almonds,figs,walnuts etc are necessary as food supplent of iron,calcium vitamins and other supplements.

For a proper weight gain not oly diet plays a major role but with exercise. But to do exercise u need proper energy and right amount of protein.. But surely no steroid rich protein shakes arerecommended for a healthy weight gain.  A diet plan with adequate protein and calorie with good quality fat has to be introduced into the diet
