I have a little overjet teeth but by different dimension it looks like ugli. But for treatment there is no space between them. teeths are closely aligned without any overlapping. Is treatment possible without any tooth removal.

Mosltt in these type of cases where there is no space and we want to decrease the overjet we do extract the tooth. First we create some space and then we do align the teeth in that space to create a proper occlusion and smile.
Next Steps
Consult orthodontist and they will check clinically and decide.

Hello
We need to check clinically and take OPG for the further assessment of the treatment.
Also the treatment can be done without extraction with the help of aligners but for that clinical assessment is important
