To begin with, I would suggest you to consult a general physician and rule out any underlying physical health condition that is contributing to your overall disturbances. The next thing that I would suggest you is to consult a psychiatrist and if required, take medicines for your apparent condition of anxiety which triggers your panic attacks. I am aware that most people in India do not like the idea of seeking professional / medical help for mental health issues. But, my assessment of your current condition is that you will need medication for some time for your anxiety. Once you start feeling better after the treatment by the psychiatrist (which may take some time), you have to consult a psychologist to manage, reduce and eliminate the possibility of you falling into the anxiety-trap again. You cannot go back into time and correct things that have happened in your life with which you are dissatisfied. You will have to learn to move on with many small, big and very big events of your life that disappointed you immensely in the past. Nothing is permanent in life - including both joys and sorrows. If you finally learn this truth about life and learn to move on, you can shed a lot of anxiety triggers from within your mind. A psychologist can help you a lot in this.

Hey, I understand what you are experiencing. For a more permanent solution, therapy and counseling can be highly beneficial. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques can help you calm down and manage your emotions more effectively.

Dear User, All the physical symptoms of panic attacks are physiological in nature which has its root in the thinking processes, unhealthy thinking patterns and accumulation of stress for a prolonged period of time. Sessions with a psychologist would help you identify your triggers, some unhealthy thinking patterns and would help you in navigating through these panic attacks. Try some relaxations and mindfulness techniques.

Hi, It sounds like you're carrying a heavy burden of anxiety and panic attacks, and it's understandable that you're feeling overwhelmed. Firstly, it's crucial to prioritise your mental health and seek support from a psychologist. They can provide you with tailored strategies to manage your symptoms and work through the underlying causes of your anxiety. Practice self-care regularly, incorporating activities that bring you peace and relaxation into your daily routine. Whether it's mindfulness exercises, gentle physical activity, or engaging in hobbies you enjoy, carving out time for self-care can make a significant difference in managing your anxiety. Building a support system of understanding friends, family, or support groups can also provide you with a valuable source of encouragement and empathy. Opening up about your struggles can help alleviate feelings of isolation and remind you that you're not alone in this journey. Remember, recovery from anxiety takes time and patience. Be kind to yourself and celebrate small victories along the way. With the right support and strategies in place, you can regain control over your life and find relief from your symptoms.
