Dnt even think of suicide... Dats very bad way to escape from beautiful life.. don't care what others say... U r very nice the way u are... Have lot of proteins and calcium rich products like milk, sprouts, eggs, and do suryanamaskars daily...at this age it's difficult to increase height but u can become physically strong and muscular which will development your different attractive personality.
Next Steps
eat eggs sprouts and at least 2glasses of milk daily... do suryanamaskars 10 daily... this will make your bones stronger and healthier.. being healthy is more important and impressive than looking tall... if you stay happy and face glowy that will be more good..
Health Tips
consult pyschiatrist if u have suicidal thoughts..
